These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Courageous Painting’s website, located at CourageousPainting.com. By accessing this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Courageous Painting or purchase items if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Customer,” “Collector,” “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Courageous Painting. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing our services in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs, in accordance with applicable law. Any use of the above terminology in singular, plural, capitalization, and/or gendered terms is considered interchangeable and refers to the same.

Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Christine Hall, including after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current and/or future reproductions of any kind.

The purchase of any item—original or otherwise—does not grant the customer permission to mint the artwork into an NFT, reproduce, print, distribute, or otherwise replicate the artwork for profit or any other purpose. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist.

Sharing images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not breach this clause.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. We are not obligated to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for products that have been mishandled by customers. Examples include smudging fingerprints on borders, tearing fine art prints, or otherwise damaging the artwork after receipt.

However, as guaranteed under consumer protection laws, compensation will be provided if products are received damaged due to postal service handling or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is carefully inspected multiple times before shipment to ensure it meets quality standards.

Customers are responsible for thoroughly reading product descriptions prior to purchase. We are not obligated to compensate customers who fail to review the information provided in product descriptions.

Shipping Policy Overview

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 5–12 business days.

Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout. Tracking options are available depending on the weight of your order.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International rates and estimated delivery times (10–21 business days) are provided at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Handling & Packaging:
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Tracking:
If selected, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Return Policy Overview

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs due to cancellations, change of mind, or incorrect orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are in original condition. Fine art prints, stickers, bracelets, and originals must be unused and in their original packaging. Commissions are non-refundable once completed. Digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
