Shipping Policy


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Correct Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Address Verification: Please double-check all details, including street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, zip/postal code, and country, to ensure accurate delivery.

Undeliverable Orders: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Changes to Address: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hello@courageouspainting.com to attempt to resolve the issue before the order is dispatched.

Processing:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Custom orders may require additional time, resulting in 5-12 business days.

Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Based on the weight of your order you may select tracking or no tracking information.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be displayed at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs regulations.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days (varies by country)


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or postal delays.

Handling & Packaging:
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Art prints and original artworks are securely wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if you selected this option, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Import Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country.

In the event that the customer refuses to pay the customs fees and requests a refund, the refund will only be processed after the items have been returned to Courageous Painting. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any delays associated with the return process. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the return policy, once the items are received and inspected.
